Problem:

A Global bank’s already successful multi-asset research portal was in need of a UI refresh. Esparter designed a responsive Web App that would allow users to access the research publications on their mobile devices.

Solution:

A new simpler content search was included which allowed easier and faster discovery of relevant material which dramatically increased both publication hits and time spent reading the documents. Word got around and user numbers grew by 25% in the first year following the release of the new Web App.

By targeting the bank’s stakeholders KPIs in the Smart Web App design, it enabled the discovery of a new preferred workflow where users searched for content on their mobile device on the way to work, bookmarked items of interest and read them when they were at their desk.
