Problem:

A popular prime brokerage service needed to be refactored due to support for Adobe Flex being discontinued at the end of the year.  Esparter were asked to modernise the user interface and introduce the latest viable frameworks and libraries in a collaboration with the bank’s IT team.

Solution:

By introducing a dashboard design, Esparter fostered a healthy micro service architecture that allowed teams to deliver independently. This supported the hard end-of-year deadline and the project was delivered on time.

The cloud hostable architecture solved an inherent inter-regional performance problem of the old system.  This encouraged greater buy-side usage in other regions.
